How do I return an item?


Steam Spirit Vapor cannot be held responsible or liable for any product failure, property damage, injury, or death that is the result of product misuse, modification, or abuse.

We only cover our products sold. We do not guarantee our products used with other products from another company. We do not except returns on any of our product. If you have a problem with your product you will have to contact the manufacture. This is due to human error. People do not read the manual and break their stuff and want us to replace it. All products sold are New and from the manufacture.

Please call us with any questions that you may have regarding compatibility or before trying to modify or use the products we sell in any other way than as mentioned on our website.


Due to personal tastes their are no returns or exchanges on any of our flavor concentrates or e-liquids. 

ONCE AN ORDER IS PLACED IT CANNOT NOT BE CANCELED OR CHANGED. ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON CONCENTRATES AND E LIQUID.
